Salbutamol: ß-2 mimeticum gegeven in het kader van astma en COPD.
Geeft bronchodilatatie thv de bronchi
Nevenwerkingen;
Frequent: tremor, anxiety, headache, muscle cramps, dry mouth, and palpitation.
Tachycardia, arrhythmia, flushing, myocardial ischemia (rare), and disturbances of sleep and behaviour.
ZZ:
Allergic reactions of paradoxical bronchospasm, urticaria, angioedema, hypotension, and collapse.
