Dilantin

A

Pour les convulsions qui ont eu lieux les 24 premières heures de l’AVC et l’hypertension intra-crânienne.
Classes : antiarythmique et anticonvulsivant (prévenir les crise épileptique et effets neuroprotecteurs)
AVC hémorragique augmente le risque de convulsion en raison de l’irritation cérébrale. Le Dilantin agit en stabilisant les membranes neuronales et en diminuant l’excitabilité neuronale, ce qui aide à prévenir les convulsions.
