Patient without systemic disease

- Ischaemic heart disease
- Cerebrovascular disease eg stroke
Diseases affecting the heart itself
- dysrhythmias eg AF
- Valve disease
- Inflammatory disease eg endocarditis
- Cardiomyopathy
- CHD
