Exudate
Fluid excrete out of tissue or drainage from a wound

Pinpoint red spots from blood leakage into the skin

Severe inflammation of the dermal and subcutaneous tissue, usually caused by infection

Purplish discoloration beneath the skin surface caused by broken blood vessels… A bruise

Open lesion, usually with superficial skin loss

Chronic ulcer of the skin, usually over a boney prominence… Pressure sore

Deep slit in the skin

Localized collection of pus in any body part, usually accompanied by swelling and redness
