What’s does Breed mean?
Animals from a specific group of animals in the past, with characteristics that are unique to that animal group
What are contaminants?
Something capable of polluting, poisoning, and spoils something.
(e.g.) Food has some possible contaminants
What is Diarrhea?
Liquified feces
What does Neuter mean?
Removal of internal reproductive organs
What does ovariohysterectomy mean or OHE?
Ovaries and uterus being surgically removed
What is a parasite?
A living creature who is in direct contact with with a host, who lives off of that host for many thing, like a foods source
What does PPE mean?
Personal Protective Equipment
What is rabies?
A viral disease spread through physical contact, such as bites, which causes water phobias, aggression, and muscle spasms
What are ringworms?
Fungal disease caused by direct skin contact from people or animals, which affect the skin.
What are roundworms?
Parasites that rely on the human body for life/ Found in naturally made things (water, soil, animals, plants) is where living organisms called nematodes lives, including animals
What are scabies?
Sarcoptic Mange (Sarcoptes Scabies). These parasite mites burrow under your skin and cause severe itching and rashes mainly. Dogs are highly algeric, meaning they have hair loss, crust, redness; other parts can also be agffected.
What does spay mean?
Removal of female reproductive organs, in animals
What are tapeworms?
Flat, segmented, and long parasites that infiltrates the intestines, being seen in the stool
What does vaccination mean?
Substance being administered to give a some sort of immunization
