Headache (ICH, Migrane, cluster, tension)
Dizzy, Lightheaded, drowsy
Fatigued, lethargic, weakness
Speech (slurred, aphasia, expressive dysphasia)
Facial droop
Weakness (unilateral, generalised)
Vision (blurred, diplopia, photophobia)
Behaviour (confused, drowsy,agitated, delerium)
Seizure activity (Type?, nystagmus, incontinence, cyanosis, LOC?)
Gait (altered?)

MASS ACT-Fast (if considering stroke)
MHSA/ SAT (If agitation/ mental health related)
AEIOUTIPS (for altered conscious patients)
