- constant, intense pain, especially bone pain at night - unexplained wt loss (10% in 10-14 days) - loss of appetite - excessive fatigue - unusual lump/s etc - unusual or prolonged bleeding - change in bowel or bladder habits - chronic cough or hoarsness - rapid onset of digital clubbing (10-14 days) - proximal muscle weakness, esp when accompanied by DTR change
