Refinement - toys, trained etc…
Reduction - using little amount of animals
Replacement - using non-animal alternatives where possible.
Should alternatives be carried out before the use of animals?
Yes, it’s the law to use alternative uses to animals if the predicted results are expected to be the same or similar.
