  1. You can conduct any operation that you would otherwise be able to conduct using your pilot certificate, except you are limited to:

  4. Fly an aircraft that is authorized to carry no more than six occupants (i.e. five passengers plus the pilot)
  5. You may not fly for compensation or hire
  6. Fly at an indicated airspeed of 250 knots or less
  7. Fly at an altitude at or below 18,000 feet MSL
  8. Flights within the United States
