Thenar eminence- palmar branch of median nerve
Medial forearm- MFCN medial cord T1

MOVE

Pronator teres (C6) with elbows flexed and resist supernation
Flexor carpi radialis (6) flex wrist against R
FDS (C8) flex MCp & resist extension PIP
Palmaris Longus (C8) medial to the test of FExlor carpi radialis
🅰FDP (C8) make fist & extend index PIP
🅰F pollicus longus- flex distal phalanx of thumb R
🅰Pronator quadratus (8) test in elbow extended to eliminate PT then attempt to pronated against R
AbPB (T1) abduct thumb away from Palm with R & palpate muscle belly
1st & 2nd lumbricals- flex MCP whilst extend PIP & DIP
