- Bundle–television channels are grouped together when we buy them. It is the status quo
- A la Carte–options to pick and choose what you like. This is a change from the status quo.

Why a decline in media trust over time?

- Focus on Strategy–people suspect news of having ulterior motive and focus on strategy.
- Focus on Celebrity– A lot of news coverage given to celebrities and media focuses on it so much.
- Politicians slam media–they speak out against negative media coverage.
- Coverage of Media by Media–media fact check each other and shoot themselves in the foot.
