Summary of Medea
The play Medea (Underlined), is an ancient Greek tragedy written by Euripides, first produced in 431 BC. It based upon the myth of Medea and Jason. Medea a divine descendant of the God Helios, and the wife of Jason, finds her position threatened in the Greek world, as Jason leaves her for Glauce the princess of Corinth. The play goes on to show (her acts of vengeance, that Medea’s character is …through…the inequalities of ….ect)
