Overjet
Overjet - the horizontal distance between the incisal edge of the upper central incisor and the lower labial surface of lower central incisor
Overbite
Overbite - the term is defined as being the vertical distance between the incisal edge of the upper central incisor and the lower labial surface of lower central incisor
Lee way space
Lee way space - the difference in mesiodistal dimension of deciduous , C , D , E and their permanent successors 3 , 4 , 5 ( canine and premolars )
Free way space
Free way space - the space between the upper dentition and the lower dentition at rest position
Gemination
Gemination - it is an anomalies which arises from an attempt at division of single tooth germ by an invagination , result in incomplete formation of two teeth

retrognathic mandibular retruded
Class ll division 1 malocclusion
mesiobuccal cusp of upper 6 occlude mesially to mesiobuccal groove of lower - proclination of upper incisors high overjet
Class ll division 2 malocclusion
mesiobuccal cusp of upper 6 occlude mesially to mesiobuccal groove of lower 6 with retroclined upper central incisors and labially upper lateral incisors
Class lll malocclusion
mesiobuccal cusp of upper 6 occlude distally to mesiobuccal groove of lower 6 - concave profile prognathic profile cross bite
Pseudo class lll malocclusion
forward movement of the mandible during jaw closure
