Nutritional significance in diet?

Main proteins are magec.
Good source of saturated fat.. amount present depends on the type of carcass (e.g pork has more fat than beef) and the cute of meat (e.g strip loin steak has more fat than sirloin steak).
Lacks carbohydrate so should be paired with food that’s high in it e.g pasta.
A good source of ZB-group vitamins B1 which helps cells in body convert food into energy and B2 which works to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation of nerves. It contains B3 which which helps your nervous system, digestive system and skin healthy. Contains B12 which plays an essential role in red blood cell formation and producing DNA.
