Residential out for consultation likely next year
Industrial, retail due for consultation in 2016/17

Tell me about IPMS 1-3 for offices?
A
IPMS 1 - closely relates to gea. Used in a planning context. Now includes balconies
IPMS 2 [offices]- closely relates to gia. Used for costing.
IPMS 3 [offices] - closely relates to nia. Used for valuation. Number of differences which will generally mean areas are larger
