How do children with measles appear different to children with KD?
A
Look “dirty” - face is yuck.
- exudative conjunctivitis, runny nose etc.

- Erythematous
- maculopapular
- blanching (early)
- spares palms and soles
- cephalocaudal spread

A
- Cough
- Choryza
- Conjunctivitis
- Concurrent fever and rash

- Cephalocaudal spreading rash
- Cervical lymphadenopathy
