what is peformance
how are the two actors creating meaning
direct body contact
Characters touching each other, reveals relationship or emotions

This is where we consider whether the characters bodies are facing
towards each other or away from each other and to what extent
We can use this to gain information and insight into the characters relationship

A nod to agree with something that the character says
A shaking of the head to suggest disagreement or anger at what has been suggested
A tilt of the head to suggest clarity is needed
Facial expressions
to show their feelings

How does body posture or language reveal how our character is feeling

The way a voice changes to reflect emotions- anger, fear, sadness, love
