I see you hadn’t managed to submit your last set of logs. Why was that?
A
- Unforseen emergency on weekend of submission
- Tried to submit following week (wasn’t possible)
- Frustrating – 1st occurance + had done all work
- Tried to record through mentor notes + updated CV
