How do you define great customer service?
The food is delivered on time and made to order and the restaurant is clean inside and outside and the staff are friendly and helpful
How would you deal with an upset customer?
Show the customer that I care and wouldn’t blame them or the company. If I couldn’t resolve the issue I would find someone who could.
Tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
If you go above and beyond customers will love it so it would generate more business
What is your greatest strength?
I believe that my greatest strength is the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I can see situations from different perspectives making it easier for me to work under changing conditions. This is allowed me to be a better communicator
What is your greatest weakness?
I pay too much attention to detail when completing a project. However I have learnt to reassess and refocus on the bigger picture so my work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Has a great reputation and I want to work for a company to have such a big impact on people’s lives positively.

One of the biggest restaurant chains with tens of thousands of restaurants spread around the world.
How would you make it a better company?
I would add a new food item or different deals are attracting more customers and I would add to the work ethic and teamwork of the company to make it an overall better environment to work and eat in

Quick learner and with and will not have any issues learning on the job. a resilient in difficult or challenging situations and will not give up
What hours can you work
I’m flexible with any amount of hours and weekends but during the week I can only work on evenings on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays.
Where do you see yourself in 5-years
I will hopefully be in uni but I’m hoping working here can help me with my career goals and improve necessary skills.

Learning new things and meeting targets I have
What’s more important fast service or friendly service
Fast accurate service is more important since McDonald’s is a quick service restaurant if service is slow customers will become upset

I’ll be a dog because I’m loyal to anything I commit to
Why is personal appearance important
Since most rolls are a customer facing personal appearances are important as customers need to feel people servicing the food hygienic. It’s also important because a clean and tidy appearance means you are positively representing the company
Is the customer always right
The customers is always right in the sense that we should do everything possible to make sure they have a great day experience.
Do you work well with other people
I am a sociable person who likes to be surrounded by hard-working people. I am friendly and respectful the people’s boundaries
What would you do if your caught your colleague stealing money
And we talk with the manager and let them handle the problem
How would you handle a colleague that spends too much time on the phone on the while neglecting customers
I would tell them that their behaviour is having a negative impact on the restaurant and if it doesn’t change I will talk to the manager.
What position do you want to work in
I don’t have a strong preference I’m adaptable and can work any position part-time

I’m creative and hard-working first your A-level students seeking part-time employment. I have a methodical task focused approach to work through my experience from volunteer work and love of drawing. I am a highly organised individual who hopes to apply my skills during employment. My eventual career goal is to gain responsibility in my work place and contribute to its overall success
