Pro-life: Intentionally caused abortion is wrong
Pro-choice: It’s acceptable

-All human life is of equal value.
-People responsible for their actions.
-Damage long term physical and emotional health of the woman.

-A woman should have the right over her body.
-An embryo isn’t an actual human.
-Aborting a damaged foetus is better than having a very disabled child.
What are some conditions abortion is allowed?
- Continuing the pregnancy puts mother at risk.
- Mother may suffer mentally or physically due to pregnancy
- Child may be born with physical or mental disabilities

What is active euthanasia?
Directly and deliberately causing a patients death. Eg: Overdose of painkillers
What is passive euthanasia?
Withdrawing or withholding medical treatment to deliberately allow a patient to die.
What is voluntary euthanasia?
Carried out at the request of the person who dies
What is non-voluntary euthanasia?
The person can’t make the decision regarding euthanasia. Someone else makes the decision on their behalf.
