Square number
When a number is multiplied by its self to get the original number.
Square root
A number multiplied by itself a certain number of times to get the original number.
Non perfect square
When there is no number times itself to get you the original number ( you must find two perfect square roots that your non perfect square route lies between and estimate).
Cube root
When multiply a number by its self 3 times to get your original number.
Irrational numbers
Numbers that are an estimation. ( Decimals never end but don’t have a pattern).
Natural numbers
Whole numbers that don’t include 0
Whole numbers
Has positive whole numbers and includes 0
Integers
Positive and negative whole numbers ( NO 0)
Rational numbers
Positive and negative whole numbers, zero, decimals, fractions, and repeating decimals. ( If a decimal can’t be turned into a fraction it’s not rational)
