You can sometimes check the last part of the question first since sometimes the information in the beginning are purposely wordy to trick you. Just make sure you focus on the last part of the question.

Strong negative/positive –> close cluster of dots moving in a decreasing/increasing motion
Weak negative/positive –> A scattered cluster of dots moving in a mostly decreasing/increasing motion
