You have to have the same denominator, then add or subtract across.
To convert a decimal to a percent
Multiply by (100) and add precent sign
Convert a Percent to a Fraction
Keep the percent as the numerator and make the denominator 100, then reduce completely.
If a fractions has a numerator of 0 then it means what

You arrange numbers from small to large then count down, if there are two numbers left you add them together and then subtract how many numbers you added together.
How do you find the MEAN
you add up all numbers in the set then divide by the total numbers in the set.
How do you find the RANGE
You subtract the smaller value from the largest value.
