Brent works as a sales clerk. his rate of pay is $7.50 an hour. He gets a raise to $8.10 per hour. Find the rate of increase in his pay.

Find the difference: 52,200-46,400 = 5,800
Divide the difference by the original amount: 5800/46,400 = 0.125
