What are prime numbers?
Prime numbers are numbers with only two factors, them being 1 and the number itself.
Ex: 13- 1 x 13
What are composite numbers?
Composite numbers are numbers that have more than only two factors.
Ex: 20- 1 x 20, 2 x 10, 4 x 5.
Where does an exponent go and what does it mean?
An exponent is the small numer that goes on top of other numbers and determines how many times you have to multiply the number by itself.
What do these symbols mean?

Those symbols show which number is greater and which is the least.
Ex: 10 > 3. 10 is greater than 3.
5 < 20. 5 is less than 20.
How do you get the tax of a product?
You multiply the price of the product by the percent of the tax.
What is an even number?
An even number is any number that can be divided by 2. All even numbers are composite, except the number 2, which just has 2 factors.
What is a negative number?
A negative number is a number that is less than zero.
What is a fraction?
A fraction is a part of a number.

True, they are the same thing in different forms.
Can a percent be improper, like a fraction?
Yes, it can.
