age of child +12
Age of child divided by the answer
Multiply the answer with average adult dose.
Age child in months
When the months are given divide it by 12 and you will get the amount in years.
MG/KG/DAY
Multiply the Mg and Kg = per day
Divide 24 by the amount of hours ( q5h) = how many times it’s taken in a day.
2) Divide the per day / with how many times it’s taken in a day.
You will get the per dose.
