Are not fractions or decimals because the number of the decimal places is infinite an example pi

Numbers that go into two sets of numbers example 12 and 15 have one and three that both go into them
Prime factor
Example 12 has two and three as prime factors because two and three go into 12 but nothing goes into two and three
Example, what percent of 40 is 8
Just divide 40 into 8 =.20 or 20%
