Chronic kidney disease
Renal impairment
High risk for preeclampsia (75 mg of aspirin* daily from 12 weeks until the birth )
Major risk factor for SGA ( serial biometry & UA dopplerfrom 26-28 weeks)
Autoimmune disease such as systemic lupus erythematosis or antiphospholipid syndrome

Type 1 or type 2 diabetes
diabetes with vascular disease
