5 signs of TRUE LABOR
- with show (vaginal blood)

5 signs of FALSE LABOR
- Without show
- do not increase duration, frequency and intensity
- do not achieve cervical dilatation
- begin and remain irregular
- often disappear with ambulation and sleep.
5 signs of PLACENTAL SEPARATION
- lengthening of the umbilical cord
- sudden gush of vaginal blood
- appearance of the placenta and the vaginal opening
