  • Origin: Whole live honey bee
  • Targets: Skin & mucous, serous membrane
  • -> Skin, eye, mouth, pleura, peritoneum, meninges, kidneys/urogenital systems, ovaries
  • Indication:
  • -> “Sudden onset of the edema and inflammatory syndrome” ,
  • -> * Stinging, burning pain, lack thirst, better w/ cold
  • Dose: 15C ONLY: 5 pellets q10 m (burns, acute edema), , qHour (ST, hydrathrosis), BID (Ovarian pain)

Arnica montana

*Trauma, capillaries

  • Origin: Arnica montana plant
  • Targets: Trauma, muscle and subcutaneous tissues, ** Capillaries and veins
  • Sensations: Bruised, achy, sensitive (bed is not comfortable)
  • Modalities: Aggravated by touch, jolts, damp cold; improved by rest, lying head down
  • Corresponding etiology: Trauma, muscle fatigue, pathologies affecting capillaries and veins
  • Indications: Trauma ( sprains/strains, surgery, postpartum), muscle fatigue (after heavy work, speaker), capillary or venous affections (hematuria, varicose veins).
  • Dosing: Acute: 9-30C ASAP PRN Sx (9C 5p Q2h) . Chronic: 15-30C QD to BID taper to QWk after 2-3 months.

Aconitum napellus

A

** Sudden, +++ Thirst, Flushed, Anxious.
* ACUTE, Extreme anxiety, “I am about to die”, Dry Thirsty state.
- High fever, dry skin, extreme thirst.
- (+++) Trigeminal nerves.
“ No anxiety, no aconite”.

  • Origin: Wolf’s bane
  • Toxicology: Tingling, numbness of the lips. Anxiety, vertigo (BPPV), sudden drop in blood pressure, arrythmia
  • Targets: Nerves (intense neuralgia: Trigeminal, anxiety), CVS (tachycardia, high BP, hemorrhage), Fever (sudden, strong, high, with dry skin, INTENSE THIRST, anxiety)
  • Sensations: Unbearable pain, numbness and tingling
  • Modalities: Aggrav: Sudden and Bitter Cold, Midnight. Improve by: Sweating
  • Concomitants: Dry and red skin, +++ THIRST, burning palms, anxiety.
  • Corresponding etiology: Major reactional syndrome following: Sudden temp changes, sudden fears, bouts of high BP.
  • Sensitive Type: active individual, full of energy, good general state but tend to have reactional worries.
  • Main indication: Anxiety, Fear, +

Belladonna

A
    • Rubor, Dolor, Calor, Tumor.
  • Dry, variable thirst, sweaty.
  • Intense dryness; Fever wtih quick onset: Fluctuating, major sweating.
  • Sensory hyperesthesia: Can’t handle noise, light, want to be left along.
  • Origin: Deadly nightshade (rich in hyoscymaine- scopolamine)
  • Action/Target: Mucous (drying), CVS ( congesiton and high BP) , CNS ( Sensory hyperesthesia, extremely visceral spasms, with high fever: Delirium, hypnogogic hallucination, convulsions)
  • Sensation: Dry mucous membrane ( eyes, gut, respiratory), redness of the face, throbbing pain, cramping pain.
  • Modalities: > bright light, noise, touch, cold, heat , < Rest.
  • Corresponding etiology: All acute fever syndrome, congestion and high BP.
  • Rx Indications:
  • -> Dryness of the mucous membranes ( ST, laryngitis, rhinopharyngitis)
  • -> Fever states wtih sudden onset
  • -> Vascular congestion: early inflammation, head congestion, scarlet fever like rash , bouts of high BP
  • -> Spasmodic symptoms: Spasms of hollow organ, hiccups, fever convulsions

Ferrum phosphoricum

A

** Homeopathic tylenol, fever rheumatism (right side), clammy skin, subacute. Infection/Inflammation syndrome. c

  • Origin: Ferrosoferric phosphate (Fe3(PO4)2)
  • -> Ferrous (anemia), Phos (bleeding)
  • Action:
  • -> Acute/subacute inflammation with moderate intensity ( hemorrhagic tendencies, low grade fever, lack of stamina),

  • -> Infectious and Inflammatory syndrome in children or tired teenagers ( early phase of fever, inflammation, eruptive disease, acute congestive OM, early pustule Laryngitis/tracheitis/bronchitis, inflammatory joint pain)

Gelsemium sempervirens

    • DIPLOPIA, occipital HA. NO THIRST.
    • Toxicology: Initial “inebriation”/Dazed, overexcitement (confusion, prostration), then paralysis (strychnine-like)
    • Excellent for: Anticipatory anxiety, viral motor neuron disease (GBS)
    • sensation “ Heart will stop if stop moving”
  • Origin: Yellow jasmine
  • Toxicology: muscle pain and incoordination -> Prostration, mental confusion, paralysis (Ptosis, diplopia and strabismus)–> coma, muscle paralysis. , respiratory failure.
  • Action: CNS excitation then paresis. CVS. Respiratory and digestive obstruction (excess mucous).
  • -> Anti-cholinergic, anti-muscarinic.
  • Sensations: Sleepy, drowsy, muscle ache, heaviness. DIPLOPIA, OCCIPITAL HA, “Heart will stop if he/she stop moving”
  • Modalities: < (worse) emotion, bad news, heat. > (Better) profuse diuresis, diarrhea (diarrhea and urination with stress)
  • Concomitant: Lack thirst during fever, cephalic congestion, sweats, diplopia.
  • Corresponding etiology: Prostration after emotional shock, intellectual dullness after emotional stress, sequelae of severe organic disease , following a cold.
  • Dose:
  • -> following toxicology & pharmacology: 30 C 5 p TID
  • -> flu or coryza : 9 C 5 p QD
  • -> local paralysis from virus: 30 C 5 p BID
  • -> Acute poliomyelitis at onset, or viral disease affecting the anterior horn motor neurons at the spinal cord and brain stem: 30 C 5 p TID

Rhus toxicodendron

  • ** Intense thirst
    • Need to move around (> Movement, heat)
  • sensation: “ Water down the spine”
    • Itchy rash that is better (>) with hot water
  • Origin: Poison Ivy, Urushiols.
  • Target: Skin, mucous membrane, fibrous connective tissue, feverish syndrome
  • Action:
  • -> Skin: Small vesicles, leopard skin. +++ Pruritis Improve with hot water.
  • -> Mucous Membrane: Dry mouth, intense thirst. red Triangle at the tip of the tongue.
  • -> Joint: Stiff. Better (>) with movement, ( Fever: Stupor, prostration, Chills at the slightest movement, feel like water running down the spine.

Sensation: Aches, bruiing, stiffness, dry mouth
Aggrav by: Dampness, contact with wet clothing
Improve by: Slow movement
Concomitant: Change positions (need to move around). Heat.
Corresponding Etiolog: After too much exercise, getting cold in damp weather, viral affections.

Indications:
- SKin/Mucous: Erythematous, edematous or vesicular dermatitis: 9 C -30 C 5P QD to BID. Joarsness, Phylectenuclar conjunctivitis

    • Low dilution promote drainage, high dilution reduces.

Origin: Sulfur and oyster shell
- sulfur throw things out by diarrhea or sweat
Action: Inflammation and sometimes suppuration
- Skin, Resp membranes, lymphoid tissues
- Nerve hypersensitivity: to pain, to criticism
- Diarrhea syndrome
Char:
- Sensation: Painful paresthesia at the slightest touch
–> Stuck thorn, splinter
–> Eustachian tube dysfunction (Crackles)
- Modalities
–> Worse Better >: Heat, hot wraps
- Concomitants
–> Pustule/purulent discharges, not relieved by sweating, craving for acid foods and drinks
- Corresponding etiologies
–> Infectious disease prone to suppuration
Sensitive type: Suppuration of tonsils and adenoids, hypersensitive person, lethargic, impulsive and short tempered.
Main Clinical Indication:
- All acute suppurative process: at low dilution (6C) promote suppuration. At high dilution (15-30C) stop or absorb suppuration. ** AVOID IN DRAINING CAVITY.
- Chronic Suppuration: Skin ulcer that is painful to touch, chronic sinusitis worse in winter, leucorrhea, UTI, prostatitis, acne. 30 C 5 p QOD (alternate with Silicea 15 o4r 30 C).
- Resp sx:
–> Laryngitis, dry cough, worse at night or by cold: 30c 5p QD.
–> Tracheobronchtiis with thick exudation, pus.

Mercurius solubilis

    • Tremor
    • Offensive discharge/odor. Foul smelling sweats, Fetid breath.
    • GI (oral to intestine), Tonsils/pharynx, IBD.
    • Nasty infection, ulcerations (supprations? )

Origin: Mercury nitrate and diluted ammonia
Toxicity:
- Acute: Pulm, GI, Skin, Mercurial erythema
- Chronic: General, Mouth/Pharynx, Neurological, Kidney
General Action:
- Pathogenetic experimentation and therapeutic observation:
–> Inflammation of the mucous membranes (ENT, Eyes, Respiratory, GI and urinary).
–> Skin and bone suppurations
–> Neurological do: trembling, paresis/paralysis, behavioral do
- GI: MERCURY ORAL SYMPTOMS
–> ++ Fetid breath , ++ inflammed, bloody gum, ++ Flaccid/swollen/trembing tongue, Red pharynx and tonsils. Greenish or bloody diarrhea (tenesmus).
- Urogenital symptoms: UTI, urethritis, ,vaginitis.
Char:
- Sensations: Chills, general weakness (a deep pain), periosteal pain, tenesmus and burning pain.
- Modalities:
–> Aggravation: Night time, damp cold, heat of bed
–> Sweat is nasty, , smelly, stains cloth, underarm, pillow, drools at night.
- Concomitant symptoms: Lesion in the mouth/pharynx, purulent and corrosive discharges, sweat that do not relieve the patient.
- Corr. etiology: Infection by virus, germs or parasite. Food poisoning.
Main clinical indications
- Inflammation of the mucous membrane: ENT ( tonsillitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis with purulent suppuration, parotitis, suppurative otitis). Tracheobronchitis.
- Digestive membraines: Gingivitis, pyorrhea, parodontosis, canker sores, acute diarrhea. Food poisoning.
- GU: Vaginitis, urethritis, metritis, UTIs
- Skin: Pruritis on suppurative inflammation, supra infected eczema, ulcerations and suppurations.
- Neuro: Trembling
- Behavioral: Mood swing (sudden anger fits), school difficultues.
Dose: 15 to 30 C. Again, low dilution promote suppuration but 6-9C is no longer available). High dilution reduce suppuration.

  • think: Someone who was robust and got close to death quickly. Extreme weakness.

Origin: Arsenic trioxide
Toxicology: Ulceration/Necrosing of the mucous membrane (GI, Resp, GU) then destruction of the noble organs (Kidney, liver, adrenal, nervous, CVS, skin)
General action:
- Toxic/experimentation: Pt looks sick: fatigue, anemia, weight loss.
- Periodicity and Alternation
- Progressive inflammation of the mucous membrane (burning ear > heat) and the serous membrane
- Skin: fine, flaky skin, or thick elephant skin. Swelling below the eye improved by heat.

  • Sensation: Intense burning, extreme weakness and cold sensitivity
  • Modality: > heat. < 1-2 am, cold.
  • Concomitant: Weak, cold sensitive, putrid and corrosive excretions/discharge. Reactional anxiety.
  • Corresponding Etiology: Food poisoning, severe infection.
  • Sensitive type: Weak, tired, anemic, cold sensitive, OCD, fear of death.

Main indication: BURNING, SCANT, > HEAT.

  • GI: Burning stool, foul smelling.
  • GU: Acute UTI, vaginitis, metritis, with scant discharge.
  • Resp: Asthma attack. at 1 am, feels cold but want fresh air.
  • Chronic: General fatigue, exhaustion, suppurative or chornic infection, cardiac insufficiency (low BP, etc), chronic dermatitis, chronic reactional depressed mode.

Psorinum

A

** Cold sensitive, well being the night prior. Despairing, degenerating and nothing gets better.

  • Origin: Nosode (Scabies)
  • Action: Mucous membrane and skin with irritation and allergic symptoms. General weakness, weight loss, and reactional depressive tendency.
  • Sensations:
  • -> Intense pruritis, < heat of bed or washing up.
  • -> Exceptional wellbeing the night before symptoms
  • -> General weakness
  • -> Extreme cold sensitivity
  • Modalities: < cold, winter, wool. > Heat (except in bed) and eating. Rhythm: Periodical to longer time intervals ( months/seasonal vs biweekly (Sulfur))
  • Concomitants:
  • -> Compulsive snacking during migraine, fetid discharge.

CRM: Psoric (periodicity, alternation /recurrence, prone to parasite, proloned convalescence, lack of positive reaction to treatment).

Main Clinical Indication:

  • Mucous membrane: 30C Q Wk. Rhinopharyngitis, otitis, bronchitis in winter, periodic spasmodic hay fever, periodic asthma, stubburn constipation, recurrent vaginal mycosis.
  • Skin: 30C 1 dose QWk. Any periodical eruption with winter recurrence and despairing chronicity. Skin and nail mycosis.
  • General: 30 C Q Wk. Lingering convalescence with exhaustion and cold sensitivity. Periodical migraines (ocular migraines). Reactional depression following lingering or chronic diseases.

Sulphur

A

**

  • Origin: Sublimated Sulphur
  • General action: energy metabolism, enzymatic process (disulphur bridge), detoxification, structures ( skin, hair, nail, connective tissue, cartilage, arterial walls), Circulatory system (artery, veins).
  • Universal action: Acute or chronic inflammation, blood flow, liver detox.
    Characteristic: acropart of the body (hand, feet, top of head)
  • Sensation: Burning, heat, pruritis. Outward burning, inward cold.
    –> Resistent to cold, aggravate by heat. But will catch cold easily in cold weather.
  • Modalities: < heat of bed, heat, 11 am, standing still. > movement, dry air, temperate climate.
    –> Periodicity: 1- 2 weeks.
  • Concomitant: Redness of the orifices, oozing discharges, craving for sweets/spices/alcohol, need for fresh cold air, diarrhea upon awakening in the morning, light sleeper, local or generalized sweating, tendency for intense thirst, craving for spicy food and alcohol.
  • CRM: Psoric Reactional Mode.
  • Sensitive type: variable morphology (fat or thin). When in good health are optimistic and active, when sick are cranky and irritable and baby like. The thin type tend to have cardiac morphology.

Main Clinical Indications:

  • Acute: Acute feverish state, acute or subacute inflammations . 9 or 30 C at the beginning and end of the inflammatory process.
  • Chronic:
  • -> Skin: Herpes, pruritis worse with heat of bed, atopic dermatitis/contact ezcema, furuncular eruptions, stye/acne with pustules, chilblains (pernio). 30 C 10p Qwk to Q month.
    • if sx worsened by Rx (sensitive type): counter with Fumaria or Saponaria 6 x BID.
  • -> Resp: Fever, asthma, allergies. 30 C once to twice a month.
  • -> GI: Canker sores, stomatitis, migraine on weekends, liver congestion, colitis, hemorrhoids: 30 C QWk
  • -> Joints: All joint pain except infections: 30 C Q Wk
  • -> CVS: HTN and left heart disease, labile HTN, hot flashes, varicose veins. 30 C Q Wk.
  • -> GU: Enuresis, Vaginitis, UTI. 30 C Q Wk.
  • -> Diabetes: DMII 30 C Q Wk.

Lycopodium clavatum

A

** Scratch till it bleeds.

  • Origin: club moss. Ca, sulphur, and Silica.
  • Target: Liver, GI, Metabolism ( urea, uric acid, cholesterol), GU (kidney/genital), Nervous system.
  • General Action:
  • -> GI: flatulent dyspepsia (+++), redness of face after meals, distended lower ab, pyrosis, migraines.
  • -> GU: reddish crystal like sediments, lack of libido (sensitive type)
  • -> Skin: Eruptions + Pruritis (+++), > Fresh, easy bleeding

Characteristic:

  • Sensations: Quickly satiated hunger, bloating at belt level, pruritis > Fresh air, one foot hot other cold, need to eat at certain time.
  • Modalities: < 4-8 pm (+++) if tired and not nap, if not eating regularly will get cranky.
  • -> Does not like exercise because of heat and does not like to be told what to do.
  • -> > by cool air and hot food.
  • -> Right side laterality.
  • Concomitants:
  • -> Redness after meals, craving for sweets/hot food, intolerance to onions and oysters.
  • -> Can be bossy: Does not like to be contradicted.

CRM: Psoric. Atopic, duodenal ulcer, lithiasis, hyperuricemia.

Sensitive type: Authoritarian, self confident ( on an intellectual level), does not like contradiction and can get emotional.

Clinical Indication:
GI: Gassy, colicky, Biliary dyskinesia/lithiasis.
Skin: Chronic rash, eczema/Pruritis > cold. Easy bleeding, seborrheic keratosis, fissures of the heals.
Mucous membrane: Chronic rhinitis, tonsillitis
GU: Lithiasis, prostatism, impotence, BPH.
9 to 30 C 5p QD.
Can be sued for Psoric Reactional Mode: hyperuricemia, dyslipidemia, atheroma, reactional depressions.

Nux vomica

A

**

  • Origin: Poison nut: Strychnine (+++) & Brucine.
  • Toxicology: Seizure at toxic dose (trismus) , curare like (paralysis) at high dose.
  • Gen action: Hyperexcitibility and prone to spasms : Nervous system and GI.
  • Sensation: Nervous system (sensitive to noise, cold, tend to be confused in the morning) and GI (Sluggish after meals, urge to defecate but no stooling).
  • Modalities: < waking, after meal, cold air/drafts, alcohol and stimulants. > short nap, heat.
  • -> Tend to wake up at 3 am.
  • Concomitant: Sleepy after meals, craving for alcohol and stimulants, coated tongue (yellowish on the posterior third).
  • Corresponding etiology: Excessive intake of alcohol, caffeine, stimulants. Sedentary individuals. Burnout, business worries- up at night worrying, busy mom.
  • Sensitive type: Type A. (Lycopodium B). Driven. Tend to be hypersensitive, impatient, irritable, intolerant. Potential reactional depression due to worries or burnout.

Main indication:

  • Nervous system with spasms
  • Irritability, aggressiveness
  • Insomnia from burnout
  • HA, migraines
  • Spasmodic high BP, labile BP
  • Digestive: Dyspepsia, constipation, hemorrhoid > cold, hangover (treatment or prevention).

Dose: 6C 5 P QD to BID (local), General 9C 5p QD, Behavioral/etiological: 15 or 30 C QD to Q W.

Natrum muriaticum

A

**

  • Origin: NaCL.
  • Toxicology: Irritation of the mucous membrane.
    –> Hyperthermia –> Delirium –> Death. In lower doses: HTN.
    Characteristics:
  • Sensation: Pins and needles, burning or stinging, easily exhausted and cold sensitive.
  • Modalities: < 10 am, Sun exposure, seaside .
    –> short periodicity.
  • Concomitant sx: Unquenchable thirst (as if ate too much salt), Profuse, colorless, discharges or excretions of the mucous membranes. Frequent bulimia. Abnormal craving of salt. Mapped tongue.
  • Corr. etiology: Convalescence following loss of vital fluid (Cinchona too). Allergic affections, affective or emotional stress.

CRM: Psoric-tuberculinic.

Sensitive type: Child, teen, YA. Those with thin, oily skin, fissured lower lip.

    • Pathological tendencies toward general nutrition, mucous membranes, skin, and nervous system.
    • Behavior: Depression, discouragement (after breakup), feverish excitement, memory disorders, distraction, sleep disorders.

Main clinical indications:

  • Gen: 9-30C 5 p QD: Convalescence of debilitating disease (fluid loss), physical or intellectual fatigue, mild anemia, reactional depressed state. Urinary disorder, thyroid dysfunction.
  • Skin/Mucous membrane: Allergies of nose/sinus, recurrent rhinitis, asthma. Skin allergies, Acne (T zone), HSV (oral, anal).
  • Pt tend to be introverted, often give vague answers. Tend to have to warm up before sharing. Very sensitive to treatment. Not forthcoming with history/symptoms.

  • Origin: St. Ignatius bean. Similar to Nox vomica.
  • Toxicology: Strychnine +++, brucine. More irritable/spasmodic than Nox vomica. Causes Spasms and violent convulsions.
  • Gen Actions: Hypersensitivity to all senses (hearing, vision, emotion). Spastic tendency (smooth and striated muscle). General lack of muscle coordination. Paradoxical and contradictory disorders.

Characteristic:

  • sensations: Hypersensitive to pain and odors. Sensation of general weakness. Feel a lump in throat. Sensitivity in the right iliac fossa (RIF). Sudden and erratic pain.
  • Modalities; < 11 am ( Nux vomica is 3 am). Emotions, talking about their worries. > Distraction.
  • Concomitant symptoms: Spasmodic yawns, numerous sighs, functional tachycardia.
  • Corr. etiology: Affective and emotional shock: pt seen in patients who experiences grief.

CRM: Psoro-tuberculin.

Sensitive type: Hypersensitive individuals, paradoxical modalities, sighs, cries, hysterical like mood.

Main clinical indications:

  • Nerves: 15-30C 5p QD to Q Wk
  • -> Hyperesthesia, hypersensitive, reactive depression, hysteria (changing sx, bloating, lump in throat aka glubus hystericus, sighs, hyperventiation, colic). Emotionally torn and hurt individuals.

  • Origin: Gonorrheal urethral discharge from untreated pt (Nosode)
  • Gen. Actions: Mucous membrane, Skin, joints, nervous system.
  • -> Mucous membrane: Yellow-white discharge. Chronic catarrh/chronic rhinopharyngitis with posterior discharge. Characteristic bronchitis with productive cough. Purulent blepharoconjunctivitis. Green-fetid irritating leucorrhea with odor of brine.
  • -> Skin: Diaper rash of newborns, Offensive oozing eczema. Herpes (genital) acne. Skin and mucous membranes production (warts, molloscum contagiosum, genital condylomas).
  • -> Joints: Sweelling and/or sclerosis of the fibroconjunctive tissue leading to painful stiffness.
  • -> Nervous system: Affecting the CNS, PNS and entire sensory system. Can lead to agitated, hasty behavior and various dysesthesia disorders (distortion of the senses).

Characteristics:

  • Sensations: Joint stiffness or bruising. Localized burning in spite of cool skin on exam, mostly palm of the hands, soles of feet, and along the spine. Itchy skin that is generalized and aggravated when getting undressed or local pruritis.
  • Modalities: < cold, daytime, while thinking of their ailments. > Sunset, lying on abdomen or fetal position, damp and warm weather, continuous movement, seaside.
  • Concomitant sx: Sleep in fetal position or arm over head, painful RLS or sleep disorders. Heel pain and great sensitivity of the sole of feet. Craving alcohol.

CRM: Sycotic. (** contrast to other sycotic, is better with dampness).

Sensitive type: Individuals tend to be a little sensitive, agitated, depressed, and afraid of getting sick.

Main clinical indications:

  • Etiology: F/U Gonorrheal infection, Sycotic mode, chronic /recurrent infection of the urogenital tract (chlaymedia), recurrent or lingering rhinopharyngitis, ST, bronchitis in individuals who had multipke vaccine shots, abx and corticoid Rx : 30C Q month to 2/month.
  • Pathogenesis: 30C Q wk to Q M: Asthma > seaside, degenerative or inflammatory joint pain, diaper rash of newborn, anxious agitation, reactional depression/obsessive state.
  • Characteristics 30 C Q Wk to Q M: > with fetal position, Seaside.
  • ENT: 9-30C QWk to QM: Chronic rhinoopharyngitis with adenoidal hypertrophy, OME, chronic sinusitis with polyposis.
  • Resp: Same: chronic bronchitis/asthma.
  • Skin: Same: Diaper rash, oozing/offensive eczema. HErpes (genital). Acne. Molluscum, condylomata, papillomas.
  • Urogenital: UTI that is resistant, chronic prostatitis.
  • GYN: Chronic vagintis, STDs (HPV, chlamydia), uterine fibroids, and polyposis.
  • Rheum: DJD or inflammatory disease of large joints. Reiters syndrome (reactive).
  • Behavioral: Sleep DO, head banging (rhythmic), school difficulties, ADHD, Depressive, obsessive conditions after STD.

**Gatekeeper of Sycotic Mode.

  • Origin: Sodium Sulfate.
  • Toxicity: Diarrhea at low dose, constipation at high dose.
  • Gen Action: GI ( suppurative inflammation: diarrhea), Resp (congestion), Joint (stiffness), Skin (warts flaking lesion), Nerves (depression, sadness),
  • -> GI: dirty coated geographic tongue (Nat mur), Ulcerative gingiva, congested and painful liver . Am diarrhea that is watery, profuse. Tend to be bloated. Aversion to meat and bread (poor digestion), crave cold drinks.
  • -> Resp: Chronic discharge, < damp & seaside. Dry cough at night. Pain at the left side of lung.
  • -> Joint: Spine, hips ankles.
  • -> Neuro: Functional syndrome for brain trauma and spinal cord injury.
  • -> Skin: Swollen and watery, scaly and peeling, warty growth. Periungal inflammation and suppuration, desquamative dermatosis.

CRM: Sycotic.

Char:

  • Sensation: Generalized bruising, abdominal bloating.
  • Modalities: < Damp ( hot or cold). > Dry weather or after soft stool or profuse diarrhea.
  • Concomitant: Crave ice cream, ice cold water. Aversion for meat and bread.
  • Corr. etiology: < dampness. Sequelae to concussion. Regular intake of quinine derivates, steroid, BCPs (lead to sycotic reaction with time).

Sensitive type: Fat person with tissue infiltration. Dirty looking, yellowish skin, with warts or skin growths. Tend to be exhausted, slow, sad, depressed, anxious. Irritable upon waking up.

Main Clinical Indications:

  • GI: Liver insufficiency, cholithiasis, enterocolitis.
  • Resp: Bronchopneumopathy, asthma, emphysema that is < damp, winter.
  • Rheum: Spine, hips, ankles.
  • Skin: Flaking dermatitis, palmar and plantar dishydrosis.
  • CNS: Anxious depressed state, Concussion.

  • Origin: White cedar Cupressaceae, wormwood. Rich in GABA
  • General Action: GU, Skin, Lymph, Nerve.
  • -> GU: Profuse sweating +++. Men: Urethral discharges, foreskin irritation, HPV and condylomas. Women: Thick leucorrhea, polyps or adenopathy, ovary pain.
  • -> Skin: Papules- vesicles, pustules. Benigh tumors: Skin tags, sun induced tumors. Cellulite. Adiposity. Sweat with strong leek odor (++_.
  • -> Lymph: Hypertrophy of the lymphoid organs.
  • -> Nervous system: Neuralgia, cenesthesia (gas pain, sense that something is alive in you). General hypersensivity.

Char.

  • Sensation: Neuralgia, cenesthesia. Tend to be at anterior part of the tibia, like shin splints.
  • Modalities: < cold, damp, 3 am/3 pm, vaccinations, onions, excess tea, any prolonged Rx therapy. > Heat.
  • Concomitant: Green/yellow discharge, tendency toward depression, sense of dispair, never gonna get better. Strong smelling sweat. Obsessive ideas, depressive tendency.
  • Corr. Etiology: Alteration of body defense system, Immune dysfunction (injection of foreign protein, chemo, pollution, repeat stress).

CRM: Sycotic.

  • Sensitive type: anyone who’s homeostasis has deteriorated based on environmental triggers (work) or iatragenic triggers (vaccinations).

Main Clinical INdications

  • CRM: Chronic cough, ,drip, rhinitis, tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy, rhinopharyngitis, bronchitis, recurrent ST.
  • GU: prostate hypertrophy, bladder polyp, leucorrhea, fibroid/polyps/cysts, chronic UTIs, after STDs, cyclic ovarian pain.
  • Skin: Warts, HPV, condylomas, Juvenile acne or acne rosacea, various folliculitis, hidradenitis (esp if oderous).
  • Nervous: Neuralgia, cenesthesia. Delusions.
  • ENT: Chronic sinusitis, rhinopaharyngitis, recurrent pharyngitis, persisent OME and ETD, nasal and sinus polyposis, chronic tonsillar and adenoidal hypertrophy.

Dose: 15 or 30C.

Note almost all sycotic cases Thuja will be used.
