A
  • Poor conditions: more likely to be off school i.e damp housing can make w/c children ill. Bad housing increases likely hood of getting ill by 25%.
  • Overcrowded: Living in cramped conditions means lack of space to study and esp young children cant explore and play.
  • Temporary Housing: Poorer children who live in TH, will be more likely to miss school due to impacts this has on mental health, may even have to move schools, etc.
