What is Torcolato, where is it made?
A
This is a golden desert wine with a minimum of 14% abv and a minimum of 35g/l residual sugar.
It is made from semi-dried (passito) Vespailo grapes. It may be released after 31st December of the year following the harvest and may be matured in oak barrels or bottles. If aged for a minimum of 2 years, it is a Riserva.
