Laterally as much as possible

Palms full contact with skin
Have fingertips in place and push through palms
Careful with pressure over thorax
Keep in contact with skin (eg. Effleurage)
Can also have single handed (LL)

Use knuckles of clenched fist to massage into plantar fascia
