What is Maslows Hierarchy of Needs?
A
- all of the needs are structured into a hierarchy
- only once a lower level of need has been fully met, would a worker be motivated by the opportunity of having the next need up in the hierarchy satisfied.

A
- a person could not recognize or pursue the next higher need in the hierarchy until they’re currently recognized need was substantially or completely satisfied.

- there are five levels in a hierarchy of human needs that employees need to have filled at work.
- workers are motivated by having each level of the need met in order as they move up the hierarchy.
