May cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the fifth (5) business day or seventh (7) business day if the buyer is at least 65 years old, after the date of this transaction.
Unlawful Practices. It is an unfair or deceptive trade practice for a seller to:
- Fail to furnish the buyer with:
(a) A fully completed receipt or copy of any contract
(b) A statement which is in immediate proximity to the space reserved in the contract for the signature of the buyer (notice) - Fail to furnish the buyer, at the time he signs the door-to-door sales contract
(a) Is attached to the contract or receipt and is easily detachable; and
(b) Contains in 10 point boldface type the following information and statements in the same language as that used in the contract:

Any person who willfully violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment of not more than one year or both.
