Martini Rules
- Up / “on the rocks”
- if Up - ice mixing cup, chill stemmed glass
- if “on the rocks”, ice rocks glass, make in glass
- Pour dry vermouth first
- 2 1/2 oz (10 count) liquor
- if Up, shaken or stirred
- if “on the rocks”, make in glass, stir
- Garnish (olive, onion, twist)
Martini
A. Stemmed glass, chilled or on the rocks w ice
B. 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
C. 2 1/2 oz premium gin/vodka
D. Stir drink, garnish w olive
Notes
- Drier martini = LESS Dry Vermouth
- Onion garnish = Gibson
Dirty Martini
A. Stemmed glass, chilled or on the rocks w ice
B. 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
C. 2 1/2 oz premium gin/vodka
D. 1/2 oz olive juice (adjust to guest preference)

A. Stemmed glass, chilled or on the rocks w ice
B. 2 1/2 oz premium vodka
C. 1/2 oz Apple Puckers
D. Apple slice or cherry garnish

A. Stemmed glass, chilled B. Mixer cup 1/4 of ice C. 2 1/2 oz vodka D. 1/2 oz Grand Marnier/Cointreau E. 1 oz cranberry juice F. Shake and strain G. Garnish - squeeze of lime or twist & drop into drink
