Extra Dry - hump alcohol up to 14 count and only 3 drops bitters
Dry - 1 dry
Regular - 2 sweet (Auto cherry garnish)

Rules of thumb for building martinis?
Know how much your glassware can hold. If you add more additive, be aware you may need to reduce liquor count so it doesn’t overflow
Always go backwards: start with additives, then add main liquor (the vodka or gin)
As you grab the proper glassware (for straight up or rocks) upsell the liquor at the same time
