Reverentian Marthite Trust (RMT) – state-owned corp established March 1, 1938

• To pay annual royalty equal to 10% of maximum resale price
• RMT is exclusive owner of the Marthite

(a) RMT will distribute Marthite only to traditional medicine practitioners in Reverentia and East Agnostica (with exception under Art. 4(d))

(b) Prices shall be between 10,000 and 12,000 Reverentian Thalers per tonne

(c) Sets forth inflation, market-based, and other parameters upon which prices may be adjusted

(d) RMT will not allow Marthite to be sold outside Reverentia and Agnostica in any given calendar year unless the supply exceeds demand from traditional practitioners by 25% (from corrections: In such instance, Marthite over 125% of demand may be sold without restriction on price, identiy of purchaser, or intended use.)

BOTH PARTIES: Repeal and revoke all customs duties and other barreiers to the free movement of Marthite AND commit to not impose ANY new duties or barriers for duration of agreement
