She ran in haste to come to the help of her elderly cousin Elizabeth who was with child. She prevented the embarrassment of the newly-wed couple in Cana by bringing their predicament to her Son’s attention because she felt compassion for them
Mary was sensitive to the needs of others
She lived in His presence and looked for His Will in all things. Her whole being was a yes to God, a Fiat: Behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it done to me according to Your Word. Her whole existence is a Magnificat, an offering of grateful praise to God for being graced and blessed with giftedness.
Mary was completely open to God.
She is now the Queen of Heaven, but she was first Miriam of Nazareth who lived her life in great simplicity, in the faithful and joyful undertaking of her humble daily duties as daughter to Joachim and Anna, wife to Joseph the carpenter, and Mother to Jesus.
Miriam spirituality is following the way that Mary traced out for us during her life on earth.

Unswerving loyalty
Mary, His Mother and ours, was the greatest disciple of Jesus. To look at Mary is to see Jesus. To follow Mary, the saints tell us, is the surest way to come to that union with Christ Jesus which we are called to by baptism. It is no longer I that I live, but Christ who lives in me (Gal 2:20)
All Christian spirituality is a following of Jesus who brings us in the Spirit to the Father.
