Too much ad clutter on the Internet means customers ignore the adverts

Harder to ignore than other media
Commuters may see the adverts more than once I remember it

Messages need to be very short
Most billboards are up for three months so the marketing campaign needs to run for that long

Public relations is the actions of a business in promoting goodwill between itself and the public
