Define marketing
Marketing is the process by which companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships in order to capture value from customers in return.

The marketing-oriented companies aim to create customer value in order to attract and retain customers.
Define satisfaction
Consumers make buying choices based upon their perceptions of value that various marketing offerings can deliver to them

The set of benefits or values a company promises to deliver to consumers to satisfy their needs
