  1. In community of property - is when all the assets and liabilities that each spouses has acquired before and during the marriage are jointly owned by both parties.
  2. Out of community of property with accrual system- is when the assets and liabilities of the spouses before marriage remain theirs, and the assets and liabilities that they acquire during the marriage is jointly owned.
  3. Out of community of property without accrual system - when all the assets and liabilities, before and during the marriage remain theirs, and there is no sharing.
