Mental alertness
ability of the official to deal with others, particularly in setting disputes or complaints.
Social qualities
self confidence or emotional readiness with constant engagement in updated rules of the game.
Emotional qualities
basic requirement for officials. To perform without fatigue & have extra energy for emergencies.
Physical Fitness
a break in the bone that is a result of quick one-time injury or acute fracture. A result of repeated stress to the bone (stress fracture)
Fracture
traumatic brain injury caused by a blow to the head or body, a fall or an injury that shook the brain inside the skull.
Concussion
an irritation of tendon injuries like Achilles tendonitis found at the junction of the calf & the heel & “tennis elbow.”
Tendonitis
involuntary contraction of muscles that may occur simultaneously in different parts of the body.
Spasm or cramps
this pertains to the ability of a person to respond quickly to stimulus.
Reaction time
this is the range of movements of the joints. It determines the condition of the hamstring muscles
Flexibility
this is the comparative body fat percentage.
