Strength
It is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to endure contractions against a resistance over a long period of time
Muscular endurance
It is mostly defined as the ability of the muscle ,joints,and tendons to move in full range of motion
Flexibility
It is the ability of the heart and lungs to sustain energy over a long period of time.
Aerobic fitness
It is the measure of your body fats,in relation to your lean mass
Body composition
It evaluates a person in terms of height and weight to determine total body mass
BMI or Body Mass Index
It is the ratio between waist and hips circumferences
Waist-to-hips Ratio or WHR
It is the resting heart rate. The heart rate is the number of beats per minute. Lower resting heart rate normally indicates healthier and more fit ndividual
Resting pulse
This shows how quick you respond or recover after a period of exercise or a physical activity
Recovery heart rate
It is the time it takes to start moving between stimulus and a reaction
Reaction time
It is the maximum rate a person moves over a specific distance
Speed
It refers to the ability to change direction quickly
Agility
It is the ability to maintain an equilibrium in a stationary body position or when moving
Balance
It refers to the ability to release maximum energy in the shortest period of time
Power
It is the ability of the body to produce smooth fluid of motion or combination of the hand snd eye or foot and eye movements to perform a task.
