• Bio: anti-depressants OPPOSED by a mood stabiliser/anti-psychotics
• Psycho: CBT
• Social: Support with work and education

Maintanence

• Bio: Mood stabilisers
• Psycho: CBT/family intervention
• Social: Support with work and education
