A

TOGA.
A/P Off.
Pitch to SRS or 17.5 degrees.
Don’t configure till clear.

Recovery:
TOGA - disconnect A/Thr to get TOGA LOCK off.
Climb 10* nose up.
SAFA.
Reconfigure.

.2 miles pull FPA knob and call change
When below missed altitude set MAP alt. 

(Use charted glide path, adjust FPA to remain on glide path)
