• Hold brakes a DER
• Increase throttles to 2000 RPM
• Check Engine Instruments
• Increase Throttle to full power
• Release Brakes
• Rotate at 70 KIAS
• Climb at Vx (82 KIAS)
• Establish Positive rate of climb, retract gear when clear of usable Rwy
• At 500’ AGL reduce throttles to 25” MP and 2500 RPM
• At 1000’ AGL or clear of obstacles transition to Vcc (105 KIAS)
• Call for and perform “Climb Checklist”

Normal/Crosswind Takeoff & Climib

Answer 1

• Increase throttles to 2000 RPM
• Check Engine Instruments
• Increase Throttle to full power
• Rotate at 75 KIAS
• Accelerate to Vy (88 KIAS)
• Establish Positive rate of climb, retract gear when clear of usable Rwy
• At 500’ AGL reduce throttles to 25” MP and 2500 RPM
• At 1000’ AGL or clear of obstacles transition to Vcc (105 KIAS)
• Call for and perform “Climb Checklist”
