When FLAPS -UP is GREEN….FLCH or VNAV
***FLCH blasts to ALT in MCP

80 - V1 - Eng Fire / Failure

No Fly
V1 No Fly
Without Delay Close Thrust Levers Disconnect A/T Max Man Brakes or verify RTO Braking Max Reverse Thrust Verify Sp Brakes extended (auto ext with Rev Thrust) (Continue Max Braking) (Field length permitting out of reverse by taxi)
GPWS
“Pull up”
“Obstacle Pull up”
“Terrain Pull up
Disconnect A/P and A/T
Aggressive Throttles to full fwd= Mech Stops
+20Deg. Wings level
Retract Sp Brakes
If Terrain still threat, Rotate to PLI or stik shake

(When clear. Think after Toff checklist) Pos Rate, Gear up, Flaps…
TCAS RA
HANDFLY Breakout and FLY AWAY FROM Guidance A/P and A/T Disconn. FLY AWAY Don't follow “descend” when <1000' OK to clean up if dirty and climbing
WINDSHEAR on TOFF
Prior to V1- REJECT for ANY PWS or WS
After V1 - Rotate after Vr (by 2000’ remain)
Engine Out Diff. (ON Appch)
QRH PERF Pg 20 for Lndg. Dist.
F20 or F30 (Normally 20)
If F30 then F20 G/A
If F20 then F5 G/A
V1 Cut on Toff
Rotate 2deg/sec to 12 deg (1/2 sec not 15deg)
(no rush…drive on RWY to control)
GET on HDG! (HDG BUG) to 500’
(If no TAC, lots of trim req’d)
400’ HSEL or LNAV
500’ A/P - ON
Accel Altitude- “Flaps up Whats up”

TOGA (Toff guid goes to W/S guid.) MAX Thrust Disconnect A/T Simult. Wings Level and 15deg. pitch Retract Sp Brakes Follow FD TOGA guid. if avail. (Don't engage A/P til clear of W/S) (No Configuration changes til clear) (Monit. Vert. Speed/Alt.) **RE-TOGA after TOGA reconnects A/T **No speed FMA when A/T are disconnect.
