Q

What are 2 strategies that demand the use of great communication?

A

Negotiation and Compromise
This process may involve clearly communicating an agreement whereby one partner or both parties are required to give a little to resolve a disputed. It might not bring a win-win situation but both partners will compromise and reach an agreement.

‘I’ Statements
Using ‘I’ statements is a great way to take responsibility for your actions and avoid criticising someone else’s actions. Try to use ‘I’ at the start of a sentence and not ‘you’. The use of the word ‘you’ shifts blame and feelings to the other party.
