Features: heart failure, HTN + notching of inferior border of ribs in adults, radio-femoral delay
Murmur: mid systolic murmur, maximal over back
Associations: Turner’s, bicuspid aortic valve, berry aneurysm, neurofibromatosis
Mx: surgery, balloon dilatation
